I’m a registered psychologist, the founder of Thriving Mind Psychology, and the creator of Paper Sessions™.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I’ve learned that the most meaningful therapeutic work happens when genuine empathy meets practical strategy.
I don’t believe in rigid, one-size-fits-all frameworks. My approach is open, steady, and collaborative. Think of our sessions as a safe, quiet space to let your guard down, and just breathe. When we work together, whether online or in person, my focus is on creating a conversational, shared process where you feel truly heard and respected.
I bring over two decades of psychological practice to our sessions, but more importantly, I bring a practical, human perspective. Together, we will work to make sense of your experiences and build the realistic, everyday tools you need to move forward with a greater sense of ease.
