What is positive psychology?

Positive psychology is the umbrella term for the scientific study of optimal functioning and what makes life worth living.

Over the past two decades, researchers have discovered some of the fundamental processes and patterns of thinking and relating that facilitate human success; the factors that help individuals, communities and organisations to thrive, by building on their strengths and virtues.

At Thriving Mind, we apply this research to promote wellbeing and support individuals and groups to lead satisfying lives filled with pleasure, engagement, positive relationships, meaning and accomplishment.

Who is positive psychology for?
